For sanitary and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Once a set of press-on nails leaves our studio, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll be happy to assist you at katstimeslesstips@gmail.com
